Hiring Customer Service Team Lead (Onboarding Analyst Team Lead)

– Customer Support (Daily Outbound & Inbound calls, email support)
– Overseeing and managing Onboarding Process for all new candidates
– Respond & resolve all customer service inquiries, issues, and complaints
– Data Entry & Auditing
– Send weekly reports to Direct Manager
– Oversee and monitor day-to-day operations of the team
– Calculate team’s performance through Scorecard and provide solutions for any issues that may arise
– Provide one on one coaching with team members
– Ensure team’s performances are aligned with the KPI

★ Work location: Copac Square Building, 12 Ton Dan, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC
★ Working hours: 9PM-6AM (Monday to Friday)

Yêu cầu công việc

– With University or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or any related fields
– Experience in client / customer relations satisfaction
– Flexible and will have no issue working at night shift
– Positive attitude and focus on customer service
– At least 2 years of leadership experience in customer service field
– Good command in English & communication skills
– Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and – – Adobe Acrobat
– Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
– Work well under pressure
